Made with freshly picked Quebec apples, it is fermented with a ton of locally grown Willamette hops.

It has a pale yellow color with green reflections. In addition, since it is not filtered, it is slightly cloudy. The aromas of citrus punch give it a fresh fruity taste.

On the palate, flavors of green apples and citrus intermingle in a well-balanced acidity. In addition, thanks to our fermentation method, we can offer a cider without added sulphite or preservatives. It is also part of our range of vegan products.
